3. Client Obligations

• Clients agree to treat all companions with respect and courtesy. Any form of abuse, harassment, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the engagement and a permanent ban from our services.
• Clients must provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process. Misrepresentation may lead to cancellation without a refund.
• All fees and rates are for time and companionship only. Any other activities are a matter of personal agreement between consenting adults and must comply with the laws of the local jurisdiction.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to the availability of the chosen companion. A deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is due at the start of the engagement. Cancellation policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Luxy is not liable for the personal conduct of any companion or client. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services or interactions between clients and companions.

6. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luxy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
